Necromancer is the classic mistake. Folks assume minions will babysit them through Torment, and it doesn't play out that way. In rough content your army can fold, and suddenly you're slow, boxed in, and annoyed. Rogue frustrates in a different direction. On paper it's agile and lethal; in practice it often feels like you're setting up a firing position, repositioning, then getting punished for one bad step. What I'd start with if I cared about endgame
For a smooth Season 11 launch, Paladin is the closest thing to a safety net.
